  • Listen to the Land: Discuss existing drainage, paths/walkways, patios, retaining walls, privacy needs, mature plantings and many other spaces that can be nurtured and integrated into a new design for your home.

  • Discover Your Story: Learn how you want to live in your space—whether that’s entertaining friends around a fire pit, cultivating a healing garden, or simply enjoying a quiet, low-maintenance view from your new paver patio.

  2. The Visionary Consultation
  After the walk-through, we will sit down to discuss initial ideas, prioritizing your "must-haves" while exploring creative possibilities. This is a conversational session to ensure our design philosophy aligns with your personal vision.

  3. Next Steps & Bringing the Vision to Life
  To move forward, we take a structured, transparent approach to make the process as seamless as possible:

  • Estimate & Contractual Agreement: Within [3-7] days, we will send a detailed, written estimate outlining the scope of work, a comprehensive design plan, and an estimated timeline for your project.

  • Approval & Scheduling: Upon your approval of the proposal, we will issue a formal contract.

  • Securing Your Spot: To initiate your project and secure your place on our installation calendar, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
